Horrible experience

Horrible experience, they set up dates and times for delivery 3 separate days and never showed up or called! Do your self a favor and buy a different brand!!

Bowflex 56…… this should be the…

Bowflex 56…… this should be the Rolls-Royce of treadmills. The Ferrari of running at home. It’s so badly made it’s Incredible
Bolts don’t fit, threads not cut properly in the main frame and as for trying to log in forget it. Nothing but error codes. I’ll never buy bowflex again and beware if you do.

$2k in the trash 🗑

Our $2,000 M9 stopped logging into JRNY (online workouts/calorie tracking) and Bowflex customer service — literally THE WORST I’ve ever experienced — is giving us the runaround: will act like they’re trying to help, say they’ll get back to you, but never do.

Garbage hardware. Garbage software. Garbage customer service. Garbage company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOWFLEX.

I bought a Bowflex Home Gym

I bought a Bowflex Home Gym. I was delivered with essential parts and I have never been able to use the equipment. The technician who tried to put it together left parts and shredded packaging material scattered throughout my home. Bowflex said it would be 2 weeks to have the issue resolved, a month has gone by and nothing. The packaging is destroyed and I can't life to 750 lb. piece of equipment to have it shipped back to them for a refund. I literally spent $3000 for a pile of very heavy/useless parts.

2 weeks on part / Did not fix Tablet
New tablet sent / 2 weeks / Fixed problem
Since purchased / Programs freeze and machine reboots 30% of the time / workouts and stats lost / Helpline say they are working on the program to fix bugs
6/24/22 Resistance quit working / Servo motor has to be replaced / 3 month warranty / part 2 weeks 7/8/22 / No technician because of expired warranty / will install part myself
I paid 2K for all these problems

Take my advice..

Take my advice. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOWFLEX!
Long story short, I purchased a Bowflex BXT6 tread in August 2020. In less than a year the console stopped working and had to be replaced. Six months later it stopped working again! Not to mention it was very dangerous as it would jump to a speed of 12 or incline of 15 on its own, or just shut off mid run. I was told this has been happening to many and their advice was to not sweat when running, or to cover the console in plastic wrap which I find ridiculous.
It’s been two months since second console stopped working and they are having trouble getting someone out to fix it.
Terrible equipment and even worse customer service. Steer clear.

Like I said before... now even more convinced.

Like I said before, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have a MAX Trainer and from day 1 the apps has been glitchy at best. My recommendation then was to wait until all glitches are fixed. Years later and with expired membership, apps is still full of glitches and to make matter worse training session will die on you at the very end of your workout on the seventh day of your continuous session. I thought it was just one of those glitches... but it happened again today. SO... this very expensive machine is worthless if you want to track your workout. MY SUGGESTION... DO NOT WAIT FOR GLITCHES TO IMPROVE! Look for another brand. This was not a cheap investment.

Do not purchase from them

Do not purchase from them. They sign you up for their monthly video service without your permission. If you try to cancel, they just start to bill you again. I have wasted hours trying to get them to stop billing me. They don't answer the phone. You wait on hold for an hour and then it hangs up. Do not purchase from them.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

Would be 0 stars if possible.... If you are thinking of buying a bowflex product beware, I am usually one to be optimistic even with bad reviews, but did it bite me this time... Ordered Max Trainer M9 in November, received December, clothes rack since then. The monitor is not working and twice they have sent wrong parts from older models. Impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone.... BEWARE!!!

CROOKS!!! Stay away. They will steal your money and provide NOTHING in return!

After ordering my elliptical at the beginning of December. The order has been lost and now cancelled. Guess what - they still have my money!!! ZERO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL AFTER 6 ATTEMPTS AND WAIT TIMES OVER THE PHONE ARE OVER AN HOUR!!! THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF CROOKS, LIERS, AND CHEATS. My credit card company is now involved in trying to get a resolution to this. What a waste of time.!!!

PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED AND IS MARKED AS CANCELLED. BUT THEY STILL HAVE MONEY MONEY - CROOKS!!!
